Can somebody tell me how to start brokering small business loans,lines of credit e.t.c?

1. maybe you could get a job at a bank to get some experience. i don't think someone who doesn't know how to do this already can just start off on their own with only the help of Yahoo Answers. What does e.t.c. stand for?
2. Find some loan companies that you would like to work with. Figure out who your target customers are. ie; good credit, bad credit, ect. Then get your banks or loan companies accordingly. Set up a website and promote your business service.
