Does anyone knows any firms that buy business ideas?

Does anyone know a company, specifically in Canada or in the states that buy business ideas and pays royalties of some sort. I have a idea but I don't have the resources to pursue this idea.

1. Ideas are "a dime a dozen." In other to get someone to invest, you need a great idea, a business plan, and business experience. Very few ideas these days are bought "stand alone."
