How to find businesses for sale?

Where are some good places to look for businesses for sale in different areas. I am specifically looking for the Los Angeles area, but a general idea would be good too.

2. I know the website looks a little hokey, but www.businessbroker.net is a huge database of businesses for sale, with many successfull businesses whose owners are looking to cash out. My friend Noah was a broker there... there's a lot available.
